Patrick is crate trained and making great strides in house training—he’s getting there, one paw at a time! A true toy addict, he finds comfort in his playthings, which help him navigate the world around him. While sudden noises can still startle him, he’s learning to face his fears, and with a brave dog buddy by his side, he’ll gain the confidence he needs to explore life more freely.
Though he’s still warming up to men, Patrick is eager to learn that humans bring snacks and cuddles! He walks well on a leash and knows commands like “sit” and “stay,” especially when treats are involved. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making him a great addition to a multi-pet household, although he hasn’t been tested with cats just yet.
Patrick is looking for a calm and loving home with patient people who can help him continue his journey of growth. He would thrive with a confident dog buddy to guide him and show him that the world isn’t so scary after all.
